外国医师在京行医资格考试内容及要求(整形外科)

　　一、考生必须有整形外科学历和行医执照，并将证书原件带到考场以备验证。

　　二、笔试(一小时)。

　　三、口试安排如下：

　　(一)、使用多媒体在15—20分钟内作一报告，内容如下：

　　1、简要介绍自己

　　⑴、何年何月获得行医执照?

　　⑵、何年何月获得何医学学位?

　　⑶、何年何月获得何种整形医师技术职称?由何单位授予?

　　⑷、何年何月在何国家、何刊物上发表过哪些整形外科专业论文?

　　2、自我技术水平介绍

　　用照片介绍自己的整形外科专业水平和自己做过的手术病例，重点介绍拟在北京开展的手术项目。所报告病例必须是考生作为术者的手术，若发现抄用他人手术病例，将取消考试资格。

　　再次参加考试的医师不能使用上次考试已报告过的病例，并应以上次考试后新做的病例为主要内容，以显示其上次考试以来新的进步。

　　(二)、对考试委员会提出的问题进行口头答辩。

　　注意事项

　　1.各医疗机构应自备笔记本电脑和投影仪，并在考试前做好多媒体文件放映的测试工作。考试时因设备问题影响考试成绩者，责任自负。

　　2.条件有限需要向主考单位借用多媒体设备的医疗机构，必须在考试前三日将制作好的多媒体文件定稿送交主考单位。

　　Qualification Exam for Oversea Plastic Surgeons

　　Contents and Requirements

　　I. Examinees should hold the academic credentials for plastic surgery and doctor’s license. The original copies of these credentials should be presented to examiners for further check before their presentation.

　　II. Written exam: (one hour)

　　III. Oral exam:

　　The procedure of oral exam goes as follows:

　　1. Make an oral presentation within 15-20 minutes, with the aid of Powerpoint. The presentation should at least include the following items:

　　1) A brief self-introduction

　　a. When did you obtain your plastic surgeon’s license?

　　b. What medical degree did you obtain, and when?

　　c. What technical titles for plastic surgeon have you held? When did you get the titles and which institution honored you the titles?

　　d. Do you have any publications for the specialized field of plastic surgery? If you have, when, where, and on which journal did you get your publications?

　　2) An introduction on self-performed plastic surgery

　　Display some photos or introduce some cases to demonstrate your own plastic surgery skills and experiences, attaching much importance to the surgery items you are going to carry out in Beijing. The reported operation cases must be carried out by the examinee himself. Those borrowing cases done by others would be conceived as cheating and be disqualified from the exam.

　　In this examination, physicians who have attended the last examinations must use the medical cases other than the ones presented in the previous examinations and focus on the cases they have treated after the last examination to show the progress and changes in their practice.

　　2.Give answers to the questions put forward by the exam panel members.

　　Points for Attention

　　1.Examiners should take their laptop and projector, and assure the normal functioning of their slides or files before the examination. As a result, they will bear the full responsibility for any problems caused by the disorders of the equipment.

　　2.Examiners who need to use the equipment of the examiners in the examination must submit their files to Examination Office three days before the examination. In the examination they must use the files submitted and they are not allowed to make changes to the files.
