In February, 1978, assigned to the The Third Hospital of Beijing University (former ‘The Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University’) as Resident Doctor, Attending Doctor and now Associate Chief Surgeon in The Plastic Surgery Department;

As a Resident Doctor, worked in different departments – General Surgery, Department of Orthopedic, Department of Urology and Department of anesthesiology, etc. for 3 years, accumulating knowledge and skills to diagnose common diseases in the surgical system and basic operations;

In the Plastic Surgery Department, professional work with strong capability due to solid knowledge of theories;

In 1993, dispatched by the Ministry of Public Health to join the Libyan National Medical Team as a member of expert, accomplishing many plastic surgeries in two years, including breast implants, breast reduction mammaplasty, abdominoplasty, rhytidectomy and blepharoplasty; attended plastic surgery meetings in the Arabian countries, highly recognized by the local government;

Continued plastic surgeries when returned; accumulated a wealth of plastic surgery clinical experience; summarized a whole set of special operational methods and skills with an aesthetic view when handling repair operations on congenital and acquired deformity and defect;

Attended many national and international plastic surgery meetings, giving academic speeches; taught and demonstrated operations and curing in the national plastic surgery class about perineum plastic surgery and the application of laser in cosmetic dermatology;

During 20 years of clinical work, coached hundreds of doctors; took part in compiling the book ‘Practical operative plastic surgery’ published by the People’s Medical Publishing House; and published several theses related to Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery.
